CrossFit Hale Yoga

We offer a weekly yoga class focused on improving breath control, flexibility, strength, and functional mobility.

We have found that regular yoga practice is a perfect form of active recovery. When done on a rest day or during a rest week you’ll experience a lower intensity group of movements (but still very challenging!) designed to help support your CrossFit workouts.

Our instructor, Eileen has been teaching yoga for 12 years, and customizes the program for our needs. You do not need experience, or even a yoga mat! Just show up ready to move.

My yoga “journey” started over 12 years ago with a simple home-based practice, which was the perfect respite from a hectic life as a mother, elementary teacher, and high school tennis coach. An increased sense of calm, patience, and focus, as well as improvements in my flexibility and strength were the results of a consistent yoga practice.

While living in Singapore from 2008 – 2010 I immersed myself in a daily Sivananda yoga practice with my teacher Asokan, while completing a 200 Hour teacher training through S-VYASA University of Bangalore.

It is my greatest wish to offer the many benefits of yoga to all those I have the opportunity to instruct here at Hale Crossfit.
